The Wii Fit versus Fit TV

Anyone like me? Hate to exercise but need to exercise but look for every excuse in the book not to. OrealE? Yes “Oh Real-ly!”

Then the most incredible product came to market to help motivate us to be more active. The Wii. And all of us couch potatoes found a way to remain in front of the TV and get some other exercise in our lives besides remote control power lifts and presses (of buttons that is).

The Wii Sports made us want to be active. Instead of rolling a real bowling ball we threw a virtual one. Instead of hitting a real punching bag we swung at dead air. That was the first week. The second week we really got inspired. We ran out and bought the Wii fit game and the Wii fit board. Oh yeah. Now we’re doing something.
