The easiest and most simple thing you can do to remain fit is to walk. OrealE? Yes “Oh Real-ly!”

Now walking is good. But power walking will help you cut down on those calories and help with those health issues.

Power walking is not running. Instead it is walking by keeping a brisk and focused pace. You walk as fast as you can but always keep one foot on the ground.

Don’t think walking matters? Well here’s eight reasons why something as simple as walking 15 minutes to an hour per day helps.

  1. Walking improves your appearance and self-esteem.
  2. Walking lowers your blood pressure and reduces the risk of heart disease.
  3. Walking makes your muscles, joints, and bones stronger.
  4. Walking reduces stress and helps deal with depression.
  5. Walking improves your ability to concentrate.
  6. Walking increases your good cholesterol levels (HDL).
  7. Walking improves your sleep.
  8. Walking combats obesity by speeding up your metabolism.

  9. Watch this video. She gives a lot of great advice on how to walk.  My advice keep up the good work and be consistent in what you do.
