I was sitting in the Social Security Administration with a friend. She was getting her Social Security card. It was pretty slow service in there.
We had been sitting there for the better part of 45 minutes–I’m sitting there watching a black woman doing what I would love to be doing. (Zzzzzzzzzz)
When I noticed two pictures on the wall. Some black guy and some white guy. Then I noticed that one of them was President of the United States. And it doesn’t matter which one. Simply. It made me smile. Then my friends number was called “A36″ and we were on our way within the next 15 minutes.
