Accept the things you cannot change. One thing we cannot change is how another person feels about us. It is what it is.
Many of us demand an explanation for why we are being rejected. This is just a waste of time. If you look for an answer you will find there is none.
Stop taking yourself so serious. You will break a 1000 hearts but there is one that will break your heart. You will not be the first or the last to be rejected by someone. Pick yourself up, brush yourself off, and keep it moving.
Learn to deal with your emotions. If you have self esteem issues do things to improve your self esteem.
We are social creatures. My mother has always said don’t hold things in that are bothering you talk about them. If you hold them in they eventually surface in a negative manner like the steam in a pressure cooker the emotion needs to get out.
Learn how to accept the word no and use the word no. Many Type A personalities tend to say never take no for an answer. But the reality is that you will hear this word throughout your existence and you had better learn how to accept it.
