Fear. Hate. Anger. Suffering.
I came across a great blog today @ The Positivity Blog: Yoda’s Top 3 Words of Wisdom.
My favorite of the three was:
So, face your fears.
Fear. Anger. Hate. Suffering.
Many of us must work these steps backward because we are already in the suffering phase after neglecting our abilities to succeed.
We suffer because of what we allow. OrealE? Yes “Oh Real-ly!” We allow ourselves to be tortured souls. We allow ourselves to be pitiful individuals.
We must remember no one or nothing can force us to feel a certain way. That only happens when we allow it!
Stop allowing the mundane things in life to justify your suffering. Live life as if it was your last then maybe you’ll appreciate what you have. That doesn’t mean throw out your responsibilites. It means live life on life’s terms. Understand that the weather is not always going to call for clear skies and sunny days. But you can make the best of any situation. You have a right to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”
Do something that makes you feel good about you.
This way you can start eliminating those negative steps.
Suffering. Hate. Anger. Fear.
Then you’ll stop taking yourself so seriously.
